He holds a Bachelor of Law (2022) and Bachelor of Arts (2020) from Punjabi University, Patiala, India. Arshdeep has received the International Graduate Student Entrance Scholarship (IGSES) and the Mr. Harold Buchwald, CM QC Graduate Scholarship in Peace and Conflict Studies.
His research interests include peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and the socio-economic impacts of crises. He has published on topics such as agricultural labour issues in Punjab and Hindu-Muslim relations in India. He has also gained professional experience with the Institute for Global Public Health at the University of Manitoba and has been active in student and community organizations in Punjab.
