Khujista is a policy researcher and development practitioner.

Khujista is a policy researcher and development practitioner. Since obtaining an M.A. in Human Rights with a focus on gender and migration, she has worked to examine labour migration policies and migrant worker’s rights in the Asia-Pacific region.

While in Canada, she completed a B.A. in Human Rights from Carleton University. She has worked mostly in research-based roles focusing on refugee populations, employment, and housing. With a background in global migration, human rights, and research, Khujista is thrilled to contribute her skills as a Researcher at CRRIC to make a meaningful impact in vulnerable communities across the globe.
